How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package here. You can also track your order status through your account. 

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours after order placement to receive a full refund. Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order before shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS at this moment.

How much will shipping cost?

Economy shipping is $4.90

Standard shipping is $6.90.

Shipping is free for all orders over $20.

How long will delivery take?

Economy will take around 5-8 business days after it is shipped. Standard will take around 3-4 business days after it is shipped. Please note we do not have control of the shipping times after we ship your order out.

Where does Seranova ship to?

We only ship within the United States of America for now but we plan to expand internationally in the future. Sign up for our newsletter below to be notified when we ship internationally.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To start the return process, please reach out to our customer service team for detailed instructions.

What do I do if my order is damaged or has an issue?

Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us within 3 days if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Returns due to errors on our end will receive a full refund. Please report any issues at seranova.contact@gmail.com or submit a contact form.

How do I apply the nail oil?

1. Twist the bottom of the pen until the oil dispenses. 
2. Apply the oil onto your cuticles and nails.
3. Massage the oil thoroughly for absorption.

Can I use the nail oil with polish or gel?

Yes, you can use our nail oil with any nail product. It's designed to nourish and protect your nails, even with polish or gel on.

Tip: apply our Nourishing Nail Oil underneath your nails for better application while having a manicure.

How long until I see results?

You may start seeing results in 1-4 weeks. Results may vary depending on individual nail health and usage.

How often should I apply nail oil?

Apply 1-2 times daily or as needed for best results.

Can I use the nail oil on my toe nails?

Yes, you can use our nail oil on your toenails. It provides the same nourishing benefits for both fingernails and toenails.
